This is NOT a Seminar or Workshop

This is a Sales Coaching Program and is all about the APPLICATION of the TOP GUN Selling Skills and TOP GUN Selling System.

It’s a RARE OPPORTUNITY for your team to be coached one-on-one by Wayne Berry.

They will work hard with Wayne Berry to create their own personalized scripts for:

• The initial approach/interview phase
• The question asking/needs analysis phase
• The presentation/solution phase
• The commitment/closing phase
• The handling objections phase
• Any other skill areas you feel are important for your people to master

They will write out scripts and then “road-test” and role-play them (one-on-one) until they know each step inside out. They’ll leave exhausted, but will leave with everything they need to immediately close more sales, in less time, with less stress.

Twelve hours of study in advance

Because this is NOT a seminar or workshop, if your people have not recently completed the appropriate “live” training with Wayne Berry, all participants must be prepared to do 12 hours of study in advance by listening to Wayne Berry on audio CD and by watching 2 hours of DVD video. (The audios can be listened to while traveling. The video can be done as a group or individually).

That way the time they spend with Wayne in this Sales Coaching Session will then be all about the APPLICATION of the skills and strategies.

These audio and video programs will be theirs (or yours) to keep and for repeated listenings and viewings.

This Program is NOT FOR EVERYONE

It is only for serious sales professional (new or experienced) who are ready to be challenged to move to the next level of sales success. If that’s your sales team then this program is for you.

And if you’d like to improve their telephone prospecting...

There is an additional session on prospecting where they will:

• Create their own telephone prospecting scripts
• Design responses to common objections
• Design closing questions that will get them appointments
• Role play and rehearse them until they are totally comfortable

We’ve had graduates get a better than 50% conversion ratio on calls to appointments using this system.

So who is this program suitable for?

• YOUR TEAM, if they are absolutely serious about improving their selling skills and RESULTS in the year ahead (regardless of whether they are new to sales or seasoned veterans).
• It is also a perfect refresher for your team if they have previously done TOP GUN® sales training and you feel they have not implemented all of the skills properly yet. (It's not a prerequisite however to have done any TOP GUN® Sales Training.)
